Introduction

Thermal mass flowmeter is a kind of flowmeter designed according to thermal diffusion, utilizing the principle of heat transfer, in simple terms, it is to measure the flow rate through the relationship of heat exchange between the fluid and the heat source, so it is also called calorimetric flowmeter, there are two sensors in its internal, one to measure the velocity of the fluid, and the other one the change of the temperature of the gas, in the measurement, the two sensors will be placed in the measured gas at the same time, and one of the sensors will be Heating, the other is used to sense the measured gas, the increase of gas flow rate will take away too much heat, so that the temperature of the sensor decreases, through the calculation of the relationship between flow rate and temperature, to get the current fluid flow value.
