UQK-01 Float Level Switch (Liquid Level Controller) uses the principle of lever magnetic action to work. When the liquid level of the controlled liquid reaches the set point of the liquid level switch, the liquid level switch operates and sends an "open" or "closed" contact signal. UQK float level controller consists of float assembly/micro switch assembly and shell.
Structural principle:
UQK-01 float level switch (liquid level controller) works based on the principle of lever magnetic action. When the level of the controlled liquid reaches the set point of the liquid level switch, the liquid level switch operates and sends an "open" or "closed" contact signal. The liquid level switch cooperates with the corresponding external circuit or DCS and PLC system to realize remote alarm and control of the liquid level.

UQK float level controller consists of float assembly/micro switch assembly and shell composition.
A pair of magnets with mutually repelling polarities are installed on the end of the float and the microswitch assembly respectively. When the float rises and falls with the change of liquid level within the action limit, the end of the float rises and falls. The magnet also swings up and down. The non-magnetic shell promotes the movement of the magnet on the micro switch assembly, thereby turning the output contacts on or off accordingly, and controlling the downstream signaling device to emit light or sound signals.
When the float rises and falls with the liquid level, the output contact will be connected or disconnected only when it is at the action limit and the next two limit positions, and no signal will be generated during the lifting process. . The floating ball of the controller is made of 1G18Ni9Ti stainless steel, and the rest is aluminum. Users who require other materials such as copper or stainless steel can negotiate with our company.
