Directly measure the temperature of liquid, steam and gas media as well as solid surface in the range of -200°C~800°C in various production processes.
2. Working principle
The electrodes of the thermocouple are composed of two different conductor materials. When there is a temperature difference between the measuring end and the reference end, a thermoelectric potential will be generated, and the working instrument will display the temperature value corresponding to the thermoelectric potential.
Thermal resistance uses the characteristic that when the temperature of a substance changes, its resistance also changes to measure temperature. When the resistance value changes, the working instrument displays the temperature value corresponding to the resistance value.

4. Insulation resistance at room temperature
Thermal resistance at ambient temperature The temperature is 15-35°C, the relative humidity is not more than 80%, the test voltage is 10-100V (DC), and the insulation resistance between the electrode and the outer sleeve is >100MΩ.
When the ambient temperature of the thermocouple is 20±15°C, the relative humidity is not greater than 80%, and the test voltage is 500±50V (DC), the insulation resistance between the electrode and the outer sleeve is >100MΩ.
