Overview:

The universal bimetal thermometer is an industrial bimetal thermometer. The main component of the bimetal thermometer is a multi-layer metal sheet composed of two or more metal sheets laminated together. For instruments that can automatically and continuously record changes, in order to improve the temperature measurement sensitivity, the metal sheet is usually made into a spiral shape. When the temperature of the multi-layer metal sheet changes, each layer of metal expands or contracts by varying amounts, causing the spiral coil to roll up or loosen. Since one end of the spiral coil is fixed and the other end is connected to a freely rotating pointer, the two metals will change in different amounts when the temperature changes, so they will bend. One end of it is fixed, and the other end is displaced as the temperature changes. The displacement is close to a linear relationship with the temperature. The self-recording system consists of a self-recording clock and a self-recording pen. The self-recording pen is connected to the amplification lever and controlled by the sensing element. Therefore, when the bimetal piece senses the temperature change, the pointer can indicate on a circular graduated scale. The temperature comes. Working principle:

The bimetal thermometer is based on a bimetal sheet wound into a circular bend. When one end is heated and expands, the pointer is driven to rotate, and the working instrument displays the corresponding temperature value.
