Gas mass flow meters measure steam

Knowing the density of the gas, you can calculate the mass flow rate of the gas when measuring the gas volume flow rate. Because the density of gas is affected by temperature and pressure, temperature and pressure compensation is generally required when measuring gas mass flow.

So for steam, what are the commonly used gas flow meters?

The first one is usually the vortex flowmeter. For the vortex flowmeter, it is basically the first thing that everyone thinks of when measuring steam flow. Also because of long-term use, the parameters and technology of vortex flowmeters have become very mature.

The second commonly used one is the V-cone flowmeter. Because the V-cone flowmeter can adapt to a wide range of temperature and pressure, it is also among the best among common flowmeters on the market and is widely used in extreme working conditions.
